- Any repairs made necessary due to the Lessee's negligence
or wrongful act shall be at the Lessee's sole expense.

- All utility connection and account transfer fees shall be
the responsibility of the Lessee.

- If the Lessee does not renew the lease, the Lessee agrees
to allow visits by prospective tenants upon a minimum of 24
hours' notice from the Lessor.
