On a recent one I witnessed, mold was discovered in the attic on the plywood and trusses🦠
Of course the word “mold “can raise many red flags…. 🚩
Luckily, when it’s in the attic, it’s not as concerning for your health since you’re not directly breathing in the air. However, it still needs to be addressed. 🧐
